I know...it's obvious, of course I love food, I'm trying to make a living out of that love. But really...I do love food, especially when it comes as a gorgeous delivery, straight to my door. Today I received my weekly delivery from Home Organics and boy, does it look like winter is finally over!
There are the last of the blood oranges, a winter treat, but also gorgeous spinach and delicate leaves of rocket. I missed them so much! Sometimes it sucks to eat seasonally, but today, it feels like it was worth the wait.
Just thought I'd share the love...
Nice stuff, all the food you have shared are fulling the need of nutritional values needed for your body but it is difficult to eat all the stuff in a day. So, the best way to get nutritional values is in powder or tablet form.

I agree, but eating this well is not so hard, it just requires a bit of effort. The best way to get what you need is from food, with support from nutritional supplements. I am happy for you to comment on these posts, but please don't use it as a forum to promote your own products.
