Super Healthy Super Food Super Fast

I'm looking out at the mountain behind my house, shrouded in mist...after glorious sunshine just two days ago and have to agree with that notion of Irish weather, the one thing you can guarantee is that you can't guarantee it. Like the economy, bank charges, employment...I arrived to work today after less than 7 weeks of employment, to be told that they are letting me go. Hard to believe, but amazingly, after the initial shock I am quite relieved. Despite my love of all things food related, including kitchen design, I am not a salesperson...not they kind they wanted me to be at any rate. So I am free, liberated, one of the great unwashed...and that feels remarkably good.  Of course I need money, but I am considering my options and the concept of pushing forwards with nutritional therapy, in a very practical way; counselling, shopping trips, cooking lessons in the person's home...I have no idea how successful an idea it is, but I can make anything work, once I believe in it!  That I know to be true.I have booked in for a session of acupunture with a very talented, gifted indeed, healer friend of mine later today.  He is a very special human being, so I must take full advantage of any opportunity to spend time in his company, as he may soon disappear into celebrity.
